JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Product Manager within our executive collaboration platforms team, you will lead product strategy and execution for enterprise collaboration and executive-grade platforms. You will be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development and platform engineering lifecycle, working in agile product teams, and partnering with stakeholders to stay focused on common goals aligned to our employees and customers. The sky is the limit: We expect you to push product boundaries and explore areas including serverless computing, mobile, and big data technologies to achieve our goals.  

Play a central role in managing and advancing our AI agenda within our Collaboration Product Team lead product strategy and execution for enterprise collaboration and executive-grade platforms. This role will own critical applications that enable how our most senior leaders collaborate, make decisions, and govern the firm — including visual collaboration tools (e.g., Lucid) and Boardroom, our internal application supporting Board meetings, MD promotion committees, and other highly sensitive governance workflows.  You will work closely with Engineering and Product Security reviewing features and configurations, plan product adoption support with our Change Management teams, and partner with Communications teams on awareness campaigns critical to helping our employees change the way they work.  You will need to be both strategic, helping create a vision for this capability with input from senior leaders; but also execution oriented, managing the details of our enablement. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for collaboration platforms supporting executive, board, and senior leader use cases.
  • Evaluate and integrate enterprise-grade collaboration tools (e.g., Lucid visual collaboration for diagramming, whiteboarding, and strategic planning) and align capabilities to firm priorities such as decision velocity, transparency, and alignment.
  • Ensure products scale globally while meeting JPMorgan Chase standards for resiliency, availability, and confidentiality.
  • Act as Product Owner for Boardroom, ensuring it delivers a seamless, secure experience for board meetings, promotion committees, and other high-sensitivity workflows.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Risk, and Technology teams to evolve Boardroom capabilities while maintaining strict access controls.
  • Translate executive and board-level feedback into prioritized, actionable product enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, UX, security, data privacy, and operations teams.
  • Own backlog prioritization, business requirements, and outcome-based success metrics.
  • Drive modernization initiatives, including mobile experience improvements, usability enhancements, and platform integrations.
  • Ensure products meet firm-wide standards for data protection, auditability, resiliency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with Risk & Controls, Compliance, and Cybersecurity teams to maintain ongoing non-objection and approval.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate product, operational, and reputational risks.t
  • Engage senior stakeholders across Technology, Corporate, HR, and executive leadership.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships (e.g., collaboration platform providers such as Lucid) including roadmap alignment, contract considerations, and enterprise adoption strategy. 
  • Influence at the VP/SVP/MD level with clear, data-backed product narratives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 

  • 5+ years expertise in product management or a relevant domain area 
  • Familiarity with common technical concepts, architectures, and cloud-based principles is critical, but hands on development experience is not essential.  
  • Experience in a product management construct with an emphasis on data mapping and migrations 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to senior management and customers 
  • Experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog and documentation for enterprise technology solutions 
  • Understanding of the end-to-end software development process, including product strategy development, customer engagement, architecture design, engineering, implementation, and operations 
  • Knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies 
  • An understanding of software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Alteryx, etc.) 
  • Experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with key stakeholders 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders 
  • Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations
