Communications Manager

Join us as a Communications and Adoption Manager, where you will deliver core elements of the Tech for Tech communications strategy, supporting technology product and platform communications for technical colleagues across Group Technology.

 

You will manage end-to-end communications for product launches, roadmap changes, adoption activity, estate management updates and BAU technology communications. This includes engaging Product Managers and Service Delivery, scoping campaign requirements, drafting colleague-facing content, coordinating approvals, publishing through agreed channels and measuring engagement.

 

This work is important because it helps technologists understand what is changing, why it matters and what action they need to take, supporting adoption, reducing confusion and improving the effectiveness of technology change delivery.

 

This will be a fast-paced role, where no two days are the same.

 

To be successful as a Communication and Adoption Manager, you must have the following essential skills;

 

• Strategic communication experience: Proven background in product marketing, technical writing, or communications roles, ideally with experience partnering with technologists to translate complex ideas into engaging content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Confidence in presenting, facilitating discussions, and crafting clear, compelling messaging across channels
• Learning/training delivery expertise: Ability to lead groups of colleagues through learning experiences or adoption journeys for new products and services

• Engagement and influence: Skilled at identifying and analysing stakeholder needs, and proactively engaging individuals and groups to support the successful adoption of products and services
