The programme spans numerous areas including policy and governance; target operating model design and delivery; customer and entity screening; KYC; and claims and payment controls.
The Role
Working closely with business and technology teams, you'll help translate regulatory and business requirements into practical solutions that strengthen controls, improve processes and support successful programme delivery across the above areas. Key elements of this role will be to:
