Out of the successful launch of Chase in the United Kingdom in 2021, we're a new team with a new mission â creating products that solve real-world problems and put customers at the center, all in an environment that nurtures skills and helps you realize your potential. We're people-first, and we value collaboration, curiosity, and commitment. If you're passionate about building meaningful financial products at scale, this is the team for you.
As a Senior Product Manager (People Leader) at JPMorganChase within the Accelerator, you'll take ownership of a significant platform capability or proposition, leading a team of Product Managers and the squads they run, and shaping how it evolves as part of our broader Chase European build-out. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence beyond your immediate team, working across areas such as core banking, payments, and cards â depending on where your experience and interests best fit. We're a fintech-focused team looking for people who want to solve big problems, drive strong product culture, and continue building deep expertise in the space.
