Responsibilities
- Leading initiatives to optimise the connections process from arrival to departure.
- Collaborating with operational teams, airlines, and partners to resolve service challenges.
- Analysing performance data to identify improvements and track progress.
- Embedding accessibility and inclusivity into solutions.
- Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring safety and compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in service improvement or operational optimisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
- Analytical approach and ability to use data for decision-making.
