While you’ll have heard our name, there’s a lot you probably don’t know about NEXT. Like how we create most of our systems ourselves – whether it’s a website, mobile app or application. What’s more, we’re growing. Fast. And it’s the kind of growth and investment that is exciting for everyone in our business.

NEXT has made headlines for all the right reasons but you'll never catch us in a quandary over security. Retail is now one of the most targeted industry verticals in Cyber Security, we face a constantly changing threat landscape ranging from script kiddies to APT’s that are directly or indirectly targeting our software and data. We have a huge online presence and large retail estate which we have to protect against these threats and so it is important we have the people and technology to rise to this challenge.

We’re looking for an Analyst to join us at either a Junior, Associate or Senior level to learn the ropes and grow within the team, helping to mentor other team members where appropriate.

The position also involves identifying security risks we face when working with third parties, advising business and tech stakeholders on remediation strategies and working to uphold best practice at all times. You’ll help to create, maintain and communicate Security policies, Third Party risk assessments, regulatory requirements, Security Awareness training, Audit requirements and more.

You’ll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office on a hybrid basis. A fast-paced, encouraging and supportive environment in which everyone brings an energy and a commitment to delivering for our customers and their own careers. Bring your energy. Play to your strengths. Make things bigger and better than before. Let’s Take It On.
