What You'll Do

• Partner with customers to understand their business objectives, operational challenges, and transformation priorities. 
• Design compelling solution strategies that combine Oracle Cloud ERP with AI-driven capabilities to solve real business problems. 
• Deliver engaging demonstrations that tell a story—not just showcase features—and inspire customers to rethink how work can be done. 
• Use AI to accelerate research, improve presentations, prototype ideas, personalize demonstrations, and uncover new ways to create customer value. 
• Build business cases by connecting operational challenges to measurable outcomes and ROI. 
• Collaborate across Sales, Product Strategy, Product Development, Marketing, and Consulting to deliver winning customer experiences. 
• Continuously expand your expertise across Oracle Financials, Projects, AI capabilities, and adjacent Oracle Cloud applications. 
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and techniques, sharing what you learn to help elevate the broader Solution Engineering organization. 
• Mentor teammates and contribute innovative assets, demos, and best practices that improve how we engage customers.

Preferred Experience

• Strong background in Finance, ERP, or Professional Services operations. 
• Experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, Consulting, or Solution Architecture. 
• Experience with enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. 
• Professional Services industry experience is a plus. 
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• CPA or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 3 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 7 years business experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Ability to implement the most advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of competitors. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. Ability to travel as needed. A/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.
