As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As a part of the Equipment Supply Chain Delivery organization, you will bridge the gap between upstream supply capabilities and downstream construction reality. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of critical Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) to global data centers, acting as a central coordination point to drive physical site readiness.
You will partner closely with cross-functional engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to align equipment deliveries with ongoing construction and deployment schedules.
As the Delivery Program Manager, you will lead the management of supply chain delivery activities for data center infrastructure components, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and seamless OFE product delivery.The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience managing, optimizing, or overseeing end-to-end logistics delivery systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with data center operations.
  • Familiarity working directly on active construction sites.
  • Background managing or supporting high-availability systems where uptime, safety, and system redundancy are vital.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Project Teams and Supplier to maintain on-time equipment delivery by expediting schedules, mitigating risks, and tracking internal project-related bugs for timely resolution.
  • Manage and maintain Stage-Gate Deliverables, project-level change management oversight, and overall status reporting and escalations to all project and program-level stakeholders.
  • Monitor execution Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) against committed Service Level Agreement (SLAs) to track performance and deliverable standards.
  • Ensure OFE scope alignment with all stakeholders, including latest redacted Purchase Order (PO) documentation, logistics/delivery details, responsibility transfer between vendor and site, and identification of scope gaps.
  • Drive risk management with GC and site hand-off processes, including equipment protection plans, loose ship material management, and developing mutually agreeable contractor acceptance workflows for site deliveries.
