What this role is all about:

Partnerships play a vital role in delivering the exceptional healthcare experiences our members value. As a Partnerships Executive within Everyday Care, you'll help shape and support a growing network of healthcare partners, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards while continuously enhancing member journeys. Working across internal teams and external providers, you'll use data-driven insights, strong relationship management and a passion for service excellence to drive performance, improve outcomes and support the future development of our Everyday Care offering.

Key Actions

• Support the day-to-day management of Everyday Care partner services
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual commitments
• Analyse trends, risks and opportunities across service delivery and member experience
• Coordinate the resolution of service issues, complaints and operational challenges
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across digital and physical member journeys
• Prepare performance reporting and materials for partner review meetings
• Maintain governance processes, records and action tracking
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Support the introduction of new services, offers and journey enhancements
• Contribute to service review, billing and reconciliation activities where required

What do you need to thrive?

•  Experience working within partnerships, healthcare, service delivery or operational environments
•  Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
•  Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actions
•  Experience monitoring KPIs, SLAs or service performance metrics
•  Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
•  Strong communication skills and confidence working across diverse teams
•  A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on member or customer outcomes
•  Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
•  Experience with Power BI, Visio, Lucidchart or Miro would be advantageous
•  Passion for improving healthcare experiences and delivering outstanding member outcomes
