n this role, you will support users of the Army's financial and logistics systems, specifically the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP DBS). This includes a variety of responsibilities:

  1. Account Administration Using GRC:
    You will manage user accounts within the system, ensuring that users have the appropriate access levels and permissions. This is done using the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool to ensure that access is secure and compliant with Army policies.

  2. Fiscal Year Closeout Procedures:
    During the fiscal year end, you will assist in closing out the financial records. This includes tasks like PS module project rebuilds, which involve rebuilding and validating project data in the system to ensure it reflects the correct financial transactions for the year.

  3. Helpdesk Support:
    You will provide support to users experiencing issues within any of the GFEBS or LMP modules. This includes troubleshooting and resolving common user problems, helping users navigate the system, and addressing technical issues related to various financial and logistics processes.

  4. System and User Guidance:
    In addition to troubleshooting, you will offer guidance on best practices and ensure users are equipped to effectively use the system to manage their financial and logistical operations.

Required COMPTIA A+ and COMPTIA Sec+
