Client Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the hackajob Referral Program! By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility: To qualify for the referral bonus, you must be a registered user of hackajob. You cannot refer existing hackajob users, and all referred person must be a new user who have never created a hackajob account.
2. Referral Criteria: For a referral bonus to be eligible, the referred person must:
- Be a new hackajob user.
- Quote your name as the way in which they first found out about hackajob.
- They become a paying client of hackajob.
3. Referral Bonus Details: Referral bonuses will be triggered based on the method described on the offer page. You will be notified upon bonus approval or when a referred user joins hackajob as a paying customer. Only one referral bonus will be paid per sign up per person (You can only receive one payment per person).
4. Bonus Payment: hackajob will make reasonable efforts to pay referral bonuses within 30 days of the successful event, although payment may take longer.
5. Prohibited Activities: Referring users may not engage in spam, unsolicited emails, or any fraudulent activity to collect referrals. Impersonation, use of false information, or multiple identities is strictly prohibited.
6. person Approval: Approval of persons is at the sole discretion of hackajob. We reserve the right to cancel the referral bonus if a referring user violates these terms or if we terminate the referring user’s account for any reason.
7. Liability and Penalties: Referring users are responsible for obtaining permission from referred persons to share their personal information with hackajob. Referring users may be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law for any misuse of this program.
8. Abuse and Rescission: hackajob reserves the right to rescind the referral bonus and disqualify parties involved in case of abuse or violation of these terms. Determination of eligibility is solely at the discretion of hackajob.
9. Modification and Validity: If any provision of these Referral Program Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. hackajob may modify the terms at any time.
