We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated build, test, and deployment workflows
- Architect, deploy, and manage GCP infrastructure including Compute Engine, Cloud Run, GKE (Kubernetes), Cloud Functions, and networking components
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager for automated provisioning and configuration management
- Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes (GKE) with monitoring and auto-scaling
- Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using GCP Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, and integration with observability tools
- Automate deployment processes, implement GitOps workflows, and ensure seamless integration between development and operations
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement security best practices
- Work in Agile teams following Scrum/Kanban methodologies, participate in sprint activities, and continuously improve DevOps processes
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- 7-12 years of relevant technical experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
- Expert-level proficiency in Jenkins pipeline development including declarative and scripted pipelines, plugins, and pipeline as code practices
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Build, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, IAM, and networking
- Deep expertise in containerization technologies (Docker) and container orchestration using Kubernetes with understanding of deployment strategies and service mesh
- Proven experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform, configuration management tools, and version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab)
- Strong scripting and automation skills with knowledge of Shell scripting, and good understanding of Python for automation tasks
- Solid understanding of CI/CD best practices, DevSecOps, security hardening, authentication/authorization mechanisms, and compliance requirements
- Experience working in Agile teams with strong collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of SDLC processes
