Job Description
Embrace the challenge of adapting to shifting priorities and resources while contributing to a dynamic team and applying your expertise, strategic thinking skills, and operational excellence across product lines.
Ready to shape how strategy turns into execution across a dynamic product portfolio? In this role, you'll be at the center of planning, governance, and decision-making that keeps priorities aligned and teams moving forward. You'll partner with senior leaders, sharpen your consulting and storytelling skills, and drive measurable improvements in how work gets done. If you thrive on bringing structure to complexity and enjoy influencing outcomes across a broad set of stakeholders, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager in Finance Data & Insights, you are a foundational member of a team responsible for implementing connectivity strategies across the product space, while being directly responsible for creating structures that enhance coordination in our product line. You will own the operating cadence and governance that keeps planning, priorities, and execution aligned across the group's seven Area Products. You will be a trusted partner to leadership, running executive communication cadences, supporting strategic planning sessions, and ensuring leadership forums have clear narratives, trade-offs, and decision asks.
In this role, you will drive productivity and operational efficiency by working closely with Agility Leads to identify data-driven improvement opportunities and standardize ways of working across product areas. You will coach and enable Area Product Owners on discovery practices and portfolio governance, ensuring consistent adoption and stronger throughput, predictability, and capacity allocation.
