We're looking for a Project Manager to join our professional services team and play a key role in delivering software implementations that have a direct impact on our clients' success.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Lead the successful delivery of software implementation projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Create and maintain project plans, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with clients to define project requirements, establish delivery plans, and drive successful outcomes
- Coordinate with consultants, product specialists, developers, and other delivery teams to ensure projects remain on track
- Manage project governance, reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder communications
- Identify and remove delivery risks, issues, and blockers before they impact project success
- Oversee testing, client acceptance activities, project sign-offs, and transition into operational support
- Manage change requests and project controls while maintaining strong client relationships
- Provide clear project status updates to both client and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery practices and processes
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing software delivery projects within a technology, software, or SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success delivering projects to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance client satisfaction with successful project outcomes
- A structured approach to project management and governance
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
- Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office applications including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment
