As a Product Director in Acquiring Data & Analytics Platform across Corporate and Investment Banking Merchant Services, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. The Executive Director, Acquiring Data & Analytics Platform Product Lead, is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and execution plan for the Acquiring Data & Analytics Platform across  Corporate and Investment Banking Merchant Services. You will manage a team of product managers and analytics leaders who deliver tangible business value—productized insights (“insights as a service”), optimization across payments and funding, reporting, servicing, boarding, disputes, and network integrations—and drive adoption and commercialization of data products. You will own the multi-year roadmap, align stakeholders across functions and lines of business, ensure strong governance and controls, and establish operating mechanisms that scale globally.

You’ll combine deep product management expertise with fluency in data and analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake), enabling the team to use modern statistical, data exploration, and visualization techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx) while you focus on outcomes, prioritization, and enterprise-scale delivery.


 Job responsibilities
  • Define and own the ADAP product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap aligned to Merchant Services priorities and client outcomes.
  • Translate strategy into prioritized portfolios with clear OKRs and measurable value outcomes (revenue enablement, cost efficiency, risk reduction, NPS, adoption).
  • Drive cross‑LOB alignment to build and leverage shared data assets and platform capabilities; establish “insights as a service” for merchants and internal product teams.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle (discovery, MVP, scaling, commercialization) with disciplined intake, prioritization, and delivery across teams and geographies.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and architecture to deliver resilient, secure, and performant analytics products on the acquiring platform.
  • Own adoption strategy, customer success measures, and commercialization pathways, including clear pricing, packaging, and value realization narratives.
  • Establish and enforce standards for data quality, metadata, lineage, and model lifecycle management, including change control and testing for analytical models and derived assets.
  • Govern source onboarding, integrations, and pipelines (merchant, network, issuer, disputes) to ensure reliable, timely, and compliant delivery of analytics‑ready data, while promoting reusable patterns, visualization standards, and self‑service capabilities.
  • Embed strong risk management and control practices across data ingestion, processing, and distribution; ensure adherence to firm data protection, privacy, model risk, and regulatory requirements with robust documentation and audit readiness.
  • Build trust‑based relationships with internal product owners, client‑facing teams, and external partners; serve as an executive escalation point and communicate strategy, status, and outcomes crisply to senior leadership through executive‑ready content and decision forums.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top product and analytics talent; coach leaders and teams on product thinking, hypothesis‑driven analytics, and outcome orientation; oversee strategic vendor relationships and data partnerships, and lead build/buy/partner decisions to optimize speed, cost, quality, and risk.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • 15+ years in product management, data and analytics, or platform leadership within payments, merchant acquiring, or technology-enabled financial services.
  • 5+ years leading product managers/analysts and multi-disciplinary teams at scale; proven track record of building and commercializing data products.
  • Demonstrated success balancing long-term strategic vision with pragmatic, actionable plans that are understood and adopted by stakeholders.
  • Deep familiarity with the payments value chain (merchants, brands, acquirers, networks, issuers) and associated data assets, or equivalent depth in consumer insights/analytics.
  • Experience operating within complex, regulated environments with strong risk, controls, and
  • Working knowledge of modern data platforms and toolchains (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, Python, Alteryx); able to set standards and evaluate solutions at an architectural level. compliance requirements.

  • Recognized thought leader within a related field
  • Strong understanding of data quality management, metadata, lineage, variable creation/selection, and model deployment best practices.
  • Comfort with experimentation, A/B testing, and measurement frameworks; ability to define and track KPIs/OKRs tied to tangible business outcomes.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-LOB alignment.
  • Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and outcome-focused—across written, verbal, and executive storytelling formats.
  • High achievement orientation; able to motivate teams around results, accountability, and client impact.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; builds trust quickly and sustains long-term partnerships.
