We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our Data Product Group within Enterprise Custody Services. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Own a critical product area within the Custody Data Product, with end-to-end accountability for shaping and delivering outcomes that materially enhance platform capability, control, scalability, and long-term value.
• Provide senior product leadership within the Data Product function, acting as a visible and influential leader across Product Owners and partner teams to align priorities, sequencing, and delivery outcomes across the broader transformation agenda.
• Drive the data product vision through hands-on product ownership, taking accountability for requirements definition, prioritization, and outcome-focused delivery across one or more Scrum teams.
• Serve as a trusted subject matter expert in Custody and related domains like Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Custody, Corporate Actions, offering insight, challenge, and decision support to Product, Technology, and Operations stakeholders as complex design, migration, and delivery trade-offs are evaluated.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear, executable delivery plans by shaping backlog priorities, managing cross-team dependencies, and ensuring delivery remains aligned and coherent as scope and complexity evolve.
• Establish strong data foundations across the product area by defining data requirements, influencing priorities, and aligning teams to shared data models, quality standards, and clearly articulated migration outcomes.
• Lead delivery beyond build, ensuring migration, adoption, and operational readiness are embedded into the product lifecycle so that new capabilities are successfully implemented into day-to-day operations.
• Build strong relationships across a broad stakeholder group, driving engagement, alignment, and decision-making across senior business, operations, product, and technology partners.
• Lead through influence and credibility, proactively navigating ambiguity, identifying delivery risks early, and helping teams resolve complex challenges across a large and evolving transformation environment.
• Provide leadership to teams and direct reports where applicable, while coaching and developing Product Owners and wider team members through challenge, support, and example.
• Role model modern, inclusive product leadership, fostering collaboration, shared accountability, and high-performance ways of working during a period of significant organisational and platform change.
• Bring strong energy and commitment to transformation, with a passion for solving complex problems, improving platforms at scale, and delivering tangible outcomes into production.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaboration, partnering effectively with Product peers, Technology, Operations, and senior stakeholders to drive alignment on objectives, priorities, and delivery decisions.
• Strong experience acting as a subject matter expert within complex transformation or delivery environments, providing informed challenge, guidance, and decision support across design, migration, and execution activities.
• A solid understanding of data as a critical enabler of business and platform transformation, including experience defining data requirements and working closely with data, architecture, and governance partners to deliver trusted, high-quality data outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and resolve complex delivery issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical, and actionable direction for teams and stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with curiosity around how work can be improved through modern tooling, automation, and AI to enhance delivery effectiveness, insight, and team performance.
• Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry is required, with preferred domain expertise in Custody, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Corporate Actions.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
