What you will do:
• Lead the transformation of unsecured lending across products, customer journeys, servicing, technology and operating models
• Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for SME and Consumer lending, driving customer, commercial and operational outcomes
• Simplify, modernise and digitise processes to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing team capable of delivering both strategic change and business-as-usual performance
• Attract, retain and grow top talent, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Own product governance, risk and regulatory compliance for unsecured lending products, ensuring robust controls and oversight
• Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities, optimise performance and track transformation success
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the Bank to align priorities, influence decision making and deliver change at pace

What you will need:
• Track record of leading transformation of existing products, processes or capabilities within financial services
• Deep understanding of unsecured lending products, including personal loans and overdrafts, and the drivers of profitable growth and good customer outcomes
• Strong product management experience of using data and analytics to improve customer journeys, commercial outcomes and operational performance
• Understanding of transformation levers such as digitisation, process redesign, controls enhancement and operating model improvement
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to unsecured lending, including CONC, BCOBS and CCA, and experience applying these in product and process design
