In this role, you will be a key member of the Product Team within Wholesale Credit Risk. You will collaborate with technology partners as well other Product Teams in the program that are developing the underlying components that power the platform, to ensure they meet users' needs and those that offer the greatest value are prioritized.
Job Responsibilities:
â Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders to understand use cases and pain points as well as trends in the marketplace and partner with solution architects and technologists to influence technical approaches to meet desired business outcomes
â Develop a Product Strategy and Product Vision that delivers value to customers and participate in cross-functional teams to contribute to the product roadmap and prioritization of enhancements and new features
â Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate into the Product roadmap
â Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of Products; drive product development with multiple teams of world-class developers, designers, and product specialists
â Provide Product demos and conduct product review and feedback sessions with key stakeholders and define/direct the execution of release management activities within the Agile / Scrum model
â Ensure new features are implemented according to specifications, released on schedule, and issues are remediated in a timely manner
â Conduct governance reviews with business sponsors and key stakeholders to develop, enhance and enforce a plan for continuous service improvement
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
â Bachelorâs Degree with 7+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management / Development or related capacity and proficiency in process re-engineering or similar
â Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications; ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
â Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
â Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
â Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly and high degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure
â Experience using data analysis and metrics to drive decisions, problem solving and project management skills
â Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional products/programs/projects with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
â Experience within large Financial Services firms and basic level of domain knowledge in Credit Risk
â Experience working with Technology and UX Design colleagues and discussing technical designs
â Certified Agile Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
