MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Expert CNO Developer to join our team in Fort Meade, MD.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manages designing, developing, documenting, testing, debugging, and maintaining hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.
- Ensure compliance of software standards with security concepts and networks.
- Communicate status with leadership and customers.
- Ensure software standards are applied consistently.
- Supervises and mentors subordinate project and ICON Innovation collaborative (IIC) staff.
- Collaborate with other CNO Developers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 16+ years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 14+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 10+ years, OR a PhD with 8+ years of progressively responsible experience.
- Proficiency in Python, C/C++ or Assembly (x86/x64) programming
- CNO capability development experience
- Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Linux, Mobile).
- Troubleshooting / debugging experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in IT-related discipline
- 9+ years of position-specific relevant experience

- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
