We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will: 

• Responsible for Firewall Operational support.
• Involved in planning, evaluation, and design of network configuration in support of application services.
• Managing Check Point and FortiGate Firewalls as an infrastructure.
• Working on FW policy formats and amendments along with NAT and policy download process.
• Working on Perimeters and large-scale Network deployments with-in DMZs.
• Daily support on Projects/Tasks, Incidents, Hardware, and Firmware upgrades.
• Would include both the development of new functions and facilities and the on-going support of live systems.

To be successful, you will:

• Check Point and FortiGate Firewalls
• Strong knowledge of large-scale Check Point Firewall deployments.
• Hands-on experience FortiGate FWs, Forti OS and Forti Manager,troubleshooting live Firewall issues.
• Good understanding of Firewall Access policy, NATing and Threat prevention policies, worked on new Firewall deployments (hardware/software).
• Experience in Firewall CLI and Gaia OS, Firmware/Software and Hardware upgrades.
• CCSA and CCSP Certifications Preferred.
• Network Security - Strong understanding of Network Security, Firewall Technologies, and related networking protocols - OSI model, TCP / UDP, Connection state etc.
• Troubleshooting - ability to identify network issues based on variety of tools / methods - packet captures, specific device (Firewalls) connection logging.
