Resiliency Engineering Team is Vanguard's Resiliency Engineering team focused on building enterprise platforms that improve the reliability, recoverability, and resilience of Vanguard's critical business services. Our portfolio includes Pulse, Vanguard's enterprise synthetic monitoring platform that enables teams to onboard in minutes and continuously validate critical user journeys before clients experience issues. Pulse helps engineering teams proactively identify service degradation, validate customer workflows, and improve operational confidence through automated monitoring and resiliency testing. We also own Enterprise Resiliency Insights, Vanguard's evolving enterprise resiliency intelligence platform. Our vision extends beyond dashboards and scorecards to create a single source of truth for resiliency posture that continuously validates controls, identifies risks, automates evidence collection, and provides actionable guidance to engineers, application owners, SREs, and leadership. As we continue to modernize our platforms, we are exploring AI-powered experiences, intelligent agents, automated recommendations, and next-generation user experiences that transform how resiliency is measured, understood, and improved across the enterprise.
