Modern Workplace Engineer

Milton Keynes (Hybrid, 1-2 days per week in the office)

At Domino's, technology plays a vital role in helping us deliver for our customers, franchise partners and colleagues. As we continue to invest in our digital workplace, we're looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team.

Reporting to the Senior Platform Services Manager, you'll help support and enhance the technology experience across the business. From Microsoft 365 and identity management to endpoint security and workplace improvements, you'll play a key role in ensuring colleagues have the tools they need to succeed. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly skilled team, work across a broad technology landscape and contribute to projects that improve productivity, security and the overall colleague experience. 

What You'll Bring

You'll be someone who combines strong technical expertise with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

You'll bring:

• Experience administering Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Teams and Exchange Online.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management. 
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory. 
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience working within enterprise IT infrastructure or Modern Workplace environments. 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 

Microsoft certifications are desirable but not essential. 

What You'll Be Doing

You'll help maintain, support and improve our workplace technology environment by:

• Supporting and enhancing Microsoft 365 services. 
• Acting as an SME for Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and related workplace technologies.
• Managing identity and access management processes. 
• Supporting endpoint security, compliance and governance requirements. 
• Driving service improvements, automation and workplace technology enhancements. 
• Working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver effective solutions.
