About the Role We’re looking for a creative, ambitious Junior Motion Designer who’s excited by animation, storytelling and producing visually compelling digital content. If you love crafting motion graphics, editing film, building storyboards and exploring fresh creative ideas — this role gives you the platform to grow, experiment and contribute to impactful work seen across Europe. You’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Motion Designer and Creative Director, gain exposure to big brand work, and have the chance to develop your craft in a supportive, inspiring environment. ?? What You’ll Do You’ll play a hands-on role in creating motion content that elevates our brand across channels. This includes: Producing high-quality motion graphics, animations, film edits and digital assets Cutting footage, adding lower thirds, syncing audio and executing colour grading Creating rough cuts and visual drafts to support presentations and campaign pitches Designing storyboards and layouts to bring concepts to life Ensuring consistency across typography, colour, pacing and transitions Developing and applying motion principles with senior creative support Creating 3D models and renders when needed Collaborating with designers, UX, freelancers and marketing teams Managing assets, project fo Salary: Competitive Salary & Benefits
