To be successful as a Java Developer you should have experience with:
Development, and delivery of highquality AEM solutions using industryaligned technologies including AEM Sites, Adobe Core Components, OSGi, Sling, JCR, Java (8–21), HTL, clientside frameworks, and cloudnative patterns. Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, secure, and optimized for performance.
Implement complex AEM capabilities such as multisite management (MSM), language copy, live copy customisation, editable templates, and experience fragments.
Technical leadership across the full AEM development lifecycle, including estimations, development, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, LTS upgrades, and production support across Author and Publish environments.
Cross functional collaboration with product owners, architects, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to define requirements, and ensure seamless integration aligned with business and platform objectives.
Lead and mentor development teams, promoting engineering best practices, reusable components, AEM patterns, performance optimisation, and a strong quality first mindset.
Code quality and governance ownership, enforcing standards through peer reviews, static analysis, secure coding practices, and adherence to enterprise AEM development and release guidelines.
Stay informed of AEM platform evolution, including LTS releases, service packs, Java upgrades, Cloud Manager changes, deprecations, and Adobe recommended best practices. Contribute to internal communities and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Security and compliance responsibility, ensuring secure handling of content and data using XSS protection, AntiSamy, Granite security framework, ACLs, service users, and secret management.
Testing and reliability, implementing effective unit, integration, and automated testing strategies using JUnit 5, Mockito, AEM Mocks, Sling Testing Tools, and UI/functional automation.

This role is based out of Pune.
