We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President Full-Stack Engineer to join our Engineering & Technology team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Provide high-level application software development services and technical support to internal business groups.
Design, develop, and implement well-designed, testable, and efficient full-stack code.
Analyze, design, and develop comprehensive tests and test-automation suites.
Maintain software functionality and address technical debt to ensure currency and performance.
Actively participate in code reviews and integrate software components into fully functional systems.
Apply advanced security and privacy principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
Consult with IT management and technical staff on emerging technologies, contributing to corporate implementation and integration strategies.
Advocate for innovative and creative technology solutions, staying abreast of industry trends.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
10-14 years of experience in software development, with experience in the securities or financial services industry a plus.
Thorough knowledge of both front-end (user-side) and back-end (server-side) web development.
Intermediate understanding of security principles, relational databases, and architecture design principles.
Proficiency in multiple front-end and back-end coding languages (e.g., C#, Java, HTML, NodeJS, CSS, JSON, Angular, JavaScript) and application frameworks/containerization.
Demonstrated lead experience in selecting and implementing vendor-specific methodologies and structured consulting.
Broad experience with multi-platform development tools and toolkits.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
People Leadership requirement:Mentor junior level engineers, fostering their growth and development.
