JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us as part of the Firmwide Resiliency Employee Readiness team (part of the Firmwide Resiliency Office) where you’ll make an impact in shaping the end user experience as an integral part of the program team. We partner with and support development and deployment of learning, resources and content for the Central, Line of Business and Corporate Function Resiliency teams who are accountable for the management of resiliency risk within their area of responsibility. 

As a Vice President of Employee Readiness within the Firmwide Resiliency Office team, you will partner with the broader Firmwide Business Resiliency team to shape the learning experience. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects at once, including defining project scope, overseeing change management, engaging with stakeholders and senior leadership, and preparing firmwide communications. Your role also involves designing and maintaining training materials in Confluence, coordinating system releases and new launches, responding to training requests, and conducting in-person and virtual training sessions. Experience in resiliency is preferred, and you’ll actively engage with resiliency management roles and stakeholders to connect them with the knowledge, tools and people that demystify our Firmwide Resiliency program to drive real‑life learning solutions. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will stay current on new products and services and actively listen to feedback to become a trusted advisor and shape content for modern and engaging learning experiences. You are an integral part of the program team, providing input to shape the end user experience and helping to influence processes on the user’s behalf.  


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Elevate foundational learning with a strategic, active layer that moves beyond conceptual content to applied, scenario‑based learning aligned to Business and Technology Resiliency standards
  • Partner with LOB/CF resiliency owners and learner communities to validate pain points, prioritize fixes, and embed resolved scenarios into role‑based training and change communications.
  • Own and maintain program and / or system materials, intranet sites, Confluence, Teams, job aids, and/or courses, aligning them with system, standard, or procedure 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert / trusted advisor / trainer and assist with translating content to a delivery method that the impacted audience will best receive (e.g., communications, web-based and /or online content, PowerPoint or video, etc.) while considering input from program owners and stakeholders; manage and respond to stakeholder feedback and adjust/make improvements
  • Identify, assess, advise, and drive strategic solutions to increase efficiency in solutions and provide the end user community with creative and impactful content

  • Provide timely, accurate reporting and be able to create executive overview slides capturing key highlights and clearly articulate data/return on investment
  • Communicate with clear objectives to large audiences, building easy to read and navigate communications solutions.
  • Assist with design of creative, modern and engaging training solutions/enhance existing content to promote understanding of concepts to the impacted audience(s), suggest training strategies / new ideas and measure success with reporting, assessment results, surveys, etc.
  • Effectively manage changes as they are introduced in frameworks, systems and programs. Partner with related teams to drive effective implementation plans and deliver on those plans successfully

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 
  • Resiliency / Risk Management / Process Improvement experience / Project Management
  • Experienced in writing and managing broad/large audience communications 
  • Excellent presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of interactive tools (Zoom, Confluence)
  • Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint skills
