- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical excellence and growth.
- Lead full-stack development across the entire SDLC, from design through deployment.
- Design, build, and deliver scalable distributed systems that drive strong user experiences and business outcomes.
- Own application and platform architecture, championing modernization, best practices, and innovative solutions.
- Ensure high standards for performance, reliability, security, uptime, and code quality.
- Collaborate with internal customers, research, and business teams as a technical liaison, translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform hands-on development while architecting data processing, analytics, and integration solutions.
- Participate fully in agile delivery, including design, implementation, and release.
- Develop next-generation user interfaces and microservice-based integrations.
- Build primarily with .NET Core, Angular, Postgres, DynamoDB, Redis, and REST APIs.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience building large-scale, production-grade software applications.
- Strong expertise in full-stack development using C#, .NET, and Angular or React.
- Solid experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with microservices and micro-frontend architectures is a plus.
- Demonstrated passion for learning new tools, languages, and development workflows.
