Description

Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle's top talent on a national basis.  Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs.

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and qualify potential candidates for the hiring initiatives needed by the Lines of Business. Assist in the development and execution of the recruiting strategy including identifying creative approaches to recruiting. Participate in the candidate selection process. Plan and execute recruitment events. Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates. Develop a recruiting strategy with Oracle’s Lines of Business to ensure quality hires within the organizations budget. Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle’s Lines of Business. Serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions. Implement recruiting plans with a diversity lens. Plan, execute and manage interviews for candidates /managers. Lead the development of collateral material for recruitment initiatives. May train and mentor other team members. Have project lead role. May perform other duties as assigned.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
