WHAT WE'RE DOING

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Manager responsible for leading the Indian Navy (IN) Multi-Role Helicopter (MRH) MH-60R Program and the Royal Norwegian Air Force (RNoAF) MH-60R Program. These Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs are executed in partnership with the United States Navy/PMA-299 FMS and Domestic teams and require significant engagement with international customers, government stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams.

THE WORK

  • Serve as the primary customer interface and coordinate with U.S. Navy, Indian Navy, Norwegian Government, and Royal Norwegian Air Force stakeholders, as well as internal Program Management teams supporting program execution, delivery, development, and sustainment activities.
  • Oversee an international program portfolio valued at approximately $1.5B+, including responsibility for India-specific development efforts, Norway country-unique integration activities, production execution, aircraft delivery, and long-term customer support.
  • Directly responsible for execution of the India Development contract and associated country-unique development activities while overseeing Norway program execution, schedule performance, and customer commitments.
  • Provide strategic leadership and execution oversight across multiple international MH-60R efforts, ensuring alignment of cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Serve as the Program Manager across a team of Program Managers supporting international customers, providing guidance, coordination, and execution leadership to ensure consistent program performance and customer engagement across the portfolio.
  • Lead program execution across Stratford, CT; Owego, NY; Patuxent River, MD; and other RMS and Corporate entities while coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Business Development organizations.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and executive communication skills to report program status to senior RMS Leadership, U.S. Government stakeholders, and international customers while effectively operating in diverse business and cultural environments.
  • Travel domestically and internationally, including India and Norway, to support customer engagements, executive reviews, program management reviews, and key milestone events.
  • Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance; develop mitigation strategies for program risks and opportunities; and support future business growth, capture efforts, and proposal activities as required.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance from an accredited University.
  • 10+ years of professional experience related to program management of DoD programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse customers, leadership, and teammates.
  • Proven Full Spectrum Leader
  • RMS Program Management Certification
  • Customer Relationship Building

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $154,100 - $267,145. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
