We're seeking a Testing Senior Integration Architect to lead testing strategy and execution for complex Oracle Health implementations. In this role, you'll partner with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutions are thoroughly validated and ready for successful deployment.
Position Summary
As a Testing Senior Integration Architect, you will provide strategic leadership for testing and validation activities throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will collaborate with client leadership, project managers, solution architects, and technical teams to develop testing strategies, coordinate execution, mitigate project risks, and ensure high-quality implementations that meet clinical and business objectives.
Serving as a trusted advisor, you'll drive testing governance, oversee deployment readiness, and promote Oracle Health implementation best practices across client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing activities for Oracle Health implementation and optimization projects.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, system, workflow, regression, user acceptance (UAT), and production validation testing.
- Design test scenarios and scripts that validate clinical workflows, interfaces, and cross-functional business processes.
- Coordinate testing activities across Oracle Health teams, client stakeholders, third-party vendors, and project leadership.
- Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Oversee defect management, issue prioritization, and resolution throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Ensure testing deliverables meet Oracle Health quality standards and client expectations.
- Facilitate testing readiness reviews, mock go-lives, deployment planning, cutover activities, and production go-live support.
- Provide guidance on testing tools, methodologies, governance, and best practices.
- Mentor project team members and promote continuous process improvement.
- Support post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, and lessons-learned activities.
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) implementation experience.
- 3–5+ years of healthcare IT, consulting, or implementation experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading testing efforts for enterprise healthcare implementations.
- Experience with Oracle Health testing methodologies, deployment processes, and implementation best practices.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and integrated healthcare systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience with one or more Oracle Health Millennium solutions, including:
- PowerChart
- Orders
- PharmNet
- RadNet
- PathNet
- Ambulatory
- Integration Architecture (INA)
Additional experience with workflow analysis, solution design, interface validation, or healthcare interoperability is highly desirable.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants for U.S.-based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain the applicable government security clearance.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
