Role Profile: Product Delivery Lead

We are recruiting for a Product Delivery Lead to join us ASAP for a duration of six months initially. This role is fully remote.

What you’ll bring to the table:

About You:

Key Responsibilities

• Leading requirements‑gathering workshops with digital, technical, commercial and design stakeholders to define and redesign digital experiences required for the new integration.
• Working closely with the Fusion product team to align the capability roadmap and associated API development with digital delivery plans.
• Articulating requirements and partnering with technical architects to define the API specifications needed to support Services customer journeys across OAM and purchase.
• Creating and owning delivery plans for digital development teams, working with Agile Delivery Managers to track progress.
• Reporting on delivery plans and development progress within programme working groups and Project leadership team forums.
• Working with operational, marketing and commercial teams to clearly articulate upcoming experience changes and their customer impact (positive and negative) in the short, medium, and long term as migration and capability build progress.

In terms of skill set, we’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience delivering large‑scale CRM transformation in a digital context.
• Experience working with SalesForce (mandatory) - ideally SalesForce Industries (NB was called Vlocity prior to 2020)
• Is comfortable leading and contributing to technical discussions, including API design and delivery.
• Are confident facilitating sessions with a wide range of stakeholder types.

• Worked in the Energy / utilities Sector
