We are seeking a highly skilled Automation & Transformation Consultant to drive centralized ownership across O&E towards, AI/automation and digital transformation. This role involves analyzing, identifying opportunities for automation, and implementing cutting-edge automation technologies related to RPA automation.

What you will do
Key Responsibilities:-
- Process intelligence using advanced analytics, AI models, and tools like Power BI, SQL, and Python to optimize efficiency.
- Cross-functional collaboration with IT, business units, and leadership to align automation with strategic goals.
- ROI & KPI tracking to measure cost reduction, productivity gains, cycle time improvements, and customer experience impact.
- Automation opportunity identification leveraging RPA, IA, ML, and Generative AI to prioritize high-value use cases. Working with web scraping techniques for multiple automations.
- End-to-end automation delivery governing RPA workflows and Python-based solutions.
Innovation adoption by evaluating and onboarding emerging technologies such as Generative AI copilots and modern web frameworks.
What we're looking for
Skills & Experience that are mandatory:
- 10-15 years of experience in analytics and process automation –web scraping, data extraction with proven track record of handling complex data science projects
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, Power BI with developing complex queries and stored procedures for data manipulation in SQL and DAX in powerbi.
- Profiecienct in Python as programming language for data manipulation, web scrpaing, web design frameworks, OCR/AI/ML integration with libraries like Flask/Django, Pandas, Scrapy, Selenium, Requests, Tesseract, EasyOCR, Pytorch/Tensorflow/Transformers etc.
- Strong understanding in identifying the opportunities and converting into a scalable solution
Preffered Skills:
- Knowledge of front end technologies like html, javacript and CSS
- Familarity with reverse engineering APIs or handling AJAX-based websites for efficient data extraction
- Deployment knowldge in enterprise level systems like IIS, Docker, Kubernetes etc.
- Understanding of legacy automation tool like VBA.
- Understanding of RPA tools like UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blueprism etc.
Education:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field or relevant experience
