Brand Excellence Coach – Shape how we deliver delicious, every day

At Domino's, your skills, ideas and judgement really matter. As our Brand Excellence Coach, you'll play a key role in how we deliver for customers and franchise partners across the Republic of Ireland, helping stores maintain exceptional brand standards, improve performance and create great customer experiences. You'll spend time in stores, building trusted relationships, coaching leaders and teams, and turning operational insights into practical action. This role is perfect if you...

You enjoy being close to the action and supporting people to perform at their best. Being based in the Republic of Ireland, you'll have the freedom to manage your own schedule while travelling across the region and occasionally visiting UK stores. No two days look the same. One day you could be completing store evaluations, the next facilitating a workshop or coaching a store manager through a performance challenge.

You'll thrive if you're resilient, confident having honest conversations, and motivated by helping businesses improve. You'll work closely with colleagues across the wider operations team, including a dedicated buddy network and support from experienced coaches.

You'll bring:

• A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Store Manager.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The confidence to coach, influence and challenge constructively.
• The resilience to manage conflict and navigate difficult conversations professionally.
• A full driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the Republic of Ireland and occasionally to the UK.
• Experience within a franchise environment, multi-site operations or auditing would be an advantage.

What you'll be doing

As a Brand Excellence Coach, you'll help stores deliver consistently high standards by identifying opportunities, sharing best practice and supporting teams to improve performance. You'll use operational knowledge, coaching expertise and data-driven insights to help franchisees and store leaders achieve stronger results while maintaining brand excellence.

• Evaluating store operations, systems and processes against Domino's brand standards, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing practical coaching support.
• Using operational data, audit findings and store insights to identify trends, highlight risks and support performance improvement plans.
• Delivering workshops, training sessions and coaching programmes that build capability, strengthen compliance and improve store performance.
