We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Solution Architecture.

In this role, you will: 

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for CRM platforms, including microservices, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead architecture ownership, producing artefacts such as HLD/LLD, API contracts, and data flow designs.
• Own engineering delivery assurance, including coding standards, CI/CD readiness, and production quality.
• Lead integration across CRM, legacy systems, and third-party vendors using scalable, secure patterns.
• Design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions using Azure OpenAI (and GCP Vertex AI where relevant).
• Establish AI architecture patterns (e.g., RAG, prompt orchestration, model routing, evaluation frameworks).
• Drive operational excellence through monitoring, observability, incident management, and performance optimisation.
• Support future-state architecture and cloud/AI roadmap decisions across CRM and integration ecosystems.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Strong experience in Azure cloud services (Functions, APIM, Service Bus, Application Insights) and integration patterns.
• Deep expertise in AI engineering, including Azure OpenAI, RAG design, prompt engineering, and model evaluation
• Proven experience designing CRM integration architectures, including APIs, event-driven patterns, and workflow orchestration.
• Strong software engineering background (.NET/Python, microservices, testing, and performance optimisation).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in observability and production readiness (monitoring, SLAs/SLOs, resilience testing).
• Understanding of cross-cloud architecture, including GCP Vertex AI and multi-cloud considerations.
• Strong stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and ability to drive architecture decisions across teams.
