About the Role
Join our Bengaluru engineering hub as a Java Developer, building the backend services that power Polytope's enterprise AI platform. You'll work on high-throughput microservices, integrations, and APIs consumed by customers across India, the UK, and the US.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Java microservices using Spring Boot
- Build REST and GraphQL APIs consumed by frontend and partner systems
- Write unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Collaborate with product and data teams to ship features end-to-end
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Java development experience
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservice architectures
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues
- Experience with containerised deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
