As the Technical Team Manager, you will lead the teams responsible for Imaging and Data Conversions, ensuring the reliable and efficient delivery of technical services that support both new and existing customers during implementation.
You will ensure that migrations, setups, and integrations are delivered with speed, precision, and full compliance, providing a consistent and dependable foundation for customer systems.
You will build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing technical team that thrives on solving complex problems and delivering high-quality outcomes at scale. By partnering closely with Product and Engineering, you will champion automation, tooling improvements, and scalable processes that increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve delivery performance across the function.
Your leadership will ensure technical delivery across conversions and imaging is consistently reliable, well-structured, and aligned with the evolving needs of the platform, making a lasting impact well beyond go‑live.
Own the end-to-end technical delivery across imaging installations, data conversions, and migrations, ensuring work is delivered securely, accurately, and on schedule
Manage the technical delivery pipeline, including imaging installs, image conversions, data migrations, and complex technical support escalations
Take ownership of delivery performance, including SLAs, backlog management, and throughput across the team
Develop reporting dashboards to monitor delivery performance, quality, and operational efficiency
Design and implement scalable processes and continuous improvement initiatives to increase speed, consistency, and accuracy
Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, driving timely resolution and restoring confidence where required
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Onboarding, Training, and Customer Success to align on delivery expectations, timelines, and handoffs
Provide subject-matter oversight across dental imaging technologies, data migration methodologies, and SaaS implementation standards
Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, security standards, and data protection requirements
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to surface delivery challenges, influence product improvements, and enhance tooling and automation
Deliver clear operational insights, reporting, and forecasts to leadership, supporting strategic decision-making
Continuously improve documentation, workflows, and CRM data integrity
Identify systemic issues, reduce operational risk, and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence
Lead and develop a high-performing technical team, ensuring clear accountability, strong performance, and delivery against targets and KPIs
Coach team members in best practices, fostering a culture of continuous development
Ensure all team members have clear, up-to-date Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and receive regular performance reviews and meaningful 1:1s
Maintain a collaborative, high-performance team environment and lead recruitment efforts to build a strong and capable team
Promote an inclusive and diverse culture, in line with company valuesin line with the Henry Schein One values
3+ years’ experience leading technical teams within SaaS, healthcare technology, or related industries
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
Solid understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and data integrity best practices
Familiarity with dental imaging systems, DICOM standards, and imaging workflows
Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and technical troubleshooting
Experience managing technical delivery in high-volume or fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of operational metrics and the ability to use data to drive performance and decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
