Sales (Lending) - Alph4

Reports to:  Chief Executive Officer
Location:  Fully remote (distributed team)
Type:  Full-time, permanent
Hours:  09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (UK time)
Salary: Negotiable

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote Alph4's digital lending platform to banks, lenders, and commercial finance providers. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and demonstrating how Alph4 helps lenders accelerate onboarding, improve risk management, and gain real-time visibility into client financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities within the lending and financial services sector.
• Present and demonstrate Alph4's platform to prospective clients.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across banks, asset finance, invoice finance, and commercial lending organisations.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through to contract completion.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to communicate customer needs and market trends.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, or lending.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear business-focused manner.
• Self-motivated, organised, and target driven.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.

What You'll Be Selling: Alph4 delivers real-time access to client banking and accounting data, helping lenders reduce risk, accelerate credit decisions, streamline onboarding, and monitor client financial health through a single intuitive platform.
