Join us as an End User Device Product Owner, to shape the strategy, resilience and continuous evolution of our End User Device (EUD) capability. This role brings together Workplace Technology, Engineering and Operational Resilience, helping to ensure colleagues have access to reliable, recoverable and effective end-user technology services that support critical business operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end EUD capability, developing and delivering a prioritised roadmap that strengthens resilience, recoverability and operational effectiveness across the organisation. You will use testing outcomes, stakeholder feedback, emerging risks and lessons learned to identify opportunities for improvement, while helping to establish effective governance, assurance and support frameworks. Working closely with Workplace Technology, Engineering, Resilience and business stakeholders, you will coordinate strategic programmes, help shape investment priorities and ensure EUD services remain sustainable, secure and fit for purpose. This is an opportunity to influence a critical technology capability, work with senior stakeholders and contribute to strengthening operational resilience across the organisation.

To be successful as an End User Device Product Owner, you must have the following essential skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of End User Device (EUD), End User Computing (EUC), Workplace Technology or similar enterprise technology services.
  • Deep understanding of operational resilience, technology recovery, business continuity and recovery testing.
  • Ability to shape strategic roadmaps and apply governance and risk practices across enterprise technology environments.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

  • Experience supporting testing, validation and assurance activities to demonstrate product readiness, recovery capability and operational effectiveness.
  • Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships, communicate clearly and influence outcomes, including engagement with senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Experience within Workplace Technology, Collaboration Services, resilience programmes or regulated financial services environments, with knowledge of Agile and product delivery approaches.

You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.

This role will be based in Knutsford.
