Universal Ads, a part of Comcast, enables any brand, of any size, to seamlessly make and buy commercials across premium video reaching new qualified audiences at scale. Universal Ads combines premium and brand-safe video content directly from the most influential media companies with the ease and familiarity of social ad buying. It is your one-stop shop for high-quality video ads delivering performance and unmatched scale.
Job Summary
Universal Ads is building the leading self-serve advertising platform for premium video. Brands of any size can now advertise on TV as simply as they can buy and manage an ad on social, and do so without paying any platform fees. To accelerate this, UA is building a modern, automation-first GTM engine. We are looking for a GTM Systems Lead to design and build the workflows, automations, and agentic systems that increase efficiency across Growth, Sales, CS, and Product. You will act as the day-to-day lead of GTM Systems, reporting directly into the Head of Growth, GTM Systems and BizOps to prioritize and execute a roadmap of commercial automation initiatives, with influence and mandate across the Revenue organization.
Job Description
Responsible for working with a cross-functional team to define, develop and deploy new workflows, automations, and agentic systems that increase efficiency. Ensures that solutions are deployed and maintained utilizing best practices as well as adaptable to change as the platform evolves. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities in creation and execution of roadmap. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead projects and share expertise.
Core Responsibilities
Not a traditional RevOps or Salesforce admin role - this is a high-leverage builder who:
Identifies high-impact inefficiencies across the revenue organization
Designs pragmatic, automation-first solutions
Personally builds and deploys them
Drives measurable productivity and revenue gains
What You’ll Own
1. Identify Highest-Impact Automation Opportunities
Audit GTM workflows across Growth Marketing, Sales, CS, and the Product/GTM intersection
Perform gap analysis and provide plan for remediation
Pinpoint friction, manual work, and latency
Prioritize automation initiatives based on clear revenue or efficiency impact
Author clear architecture documentation
2. Build & Deploy Automation Systems for those
Should be as comfortable building as strategizing.
Personally designs and implements solutions in areas that could include:
AI-powered outbound workflows
Lead enrichment and scoring systems
Creative review and QA automation
Fraud detection and risk scoring tools
CRM-triggered automations
Agentic performance insight workflows
Internal productivity tools for reps and marketers
Priorities will be sized and addressed systematically, in partnership with the Head of the team. Will not be expected to address all of these at once, but will be expected to deliver clear results and impact against the top areas.
3. Inject AI Effectively Across the Revenue Org
Implement LLM-driven workflows (e.g., Claude Code / Cowork)
Create agents, automations and artifacts that assist with messaging, analysis, summarization, and QA
Continuously evaluate emerging tools and determine practical applications by partnering with third-party vendor's technical contacts
Utilize knowledge of technical architecture expertise to ensure that these initiatives can be deployed
4. Operate with Clear ROI
Every initiative must tie to:
Increased revenue per employee
Reduced manual workload
Faster sales cycles
Improved activation / retention
CAC efficiency improvements
This role is measured on commercial impact against clearly set KPIs rather than system cleanliness. You will be supported in determining and evaluating those and are expected to drive continuous technical and process improvement.
Tools & Technical Fluency
Should be comfortable architecting and deploying modern automation and AI-driven systems across the GTM stack.
This role is less about mastering a single tool and more about designing scalable, flexible systems that connect data, workflows, and commercial outcomes. You should not be a rigid specialist tied to just one platform. You should be reasonably tool-agnostic - pick the right tool for the job.
Experience should include:
Designing workflow orchestration systems (e.g., n8n or similar platforms)
Leveraging LLM infrastructure (e.g., Claude Code / Cowork or equivalent) within production workflows
Building enrichment and data pipelines (e.g., Clay or comparable orchestration tools)
Deep familiarity with CRM architecture (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Working with APIs and writing production-grade scripts (Python / JavaScript preferred)
Comfort querying and modeling data (SQL strongly preferred)
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years in GTM Systems, GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, RevOps Engineering, or similar roles
Proven experience building automation that drove measurable commercial impact
Comfort writing scripts, working with APIs, and deploying workflow tools
Strong product sense - you understand user flows and commercial incentives
Highly curious and solution-oriented
Scrappy, hands-on builder mentality
Able to lead directionally without managing a large team
Desire to build and steer a high-impact function at a growing business
