About the Role
We're hiring an Automation Tester to join our Bengaluru QA team. You'll design and maintain automated test suites that cover Polytope's APIs and UI, helping engineering teams ship with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated tests for APIs and UI using Pytest and Playwright
- Develop regression and end-to-end test suites
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Work with developers to improve testability and coverage
- Report and track defects through to resolution
Requirements
- 2+ years of test automation experience
- Strong scripting skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with API testing and browser automation
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
- Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
