About the Role
We're hiring a Business Analyst to join our Client Solutions team in Bengaluru. You'll work with enterprise customers to understand their business challenges, translate requirements into technical specifications, and help deliver AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements from enterprise clients
- Map existing workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
- Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Support UAT and client onboarding for new implementations
Requirements
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in B2B tech or consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience writing user stories and working within agile teams
- Comfortable with data concepts and basic SQL
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
