We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Enterprise Data Strategy and Product for our Data Solutions and Services Platform. This role is located in our Lake Mary, FL offices.

In this role, you will help execute the firm’s enterprise-wide strategy for client, account, and relationship data as a foundational institutional asset. This leader will drive seamless integration across Enterprise Onboarding, Enterprise Data Master, Commercial Hub, and platforms across lines of business.

This role will execute against the target operating model, executive governance, investment priorities, policy framework, and enterprise accountabilities required to replace fragmented local records and incomplete data-return paths. The position will help establish Enterprise Onboarding as the strategic Single Front Door and Enterprise Data Master as the authoritative source of enterprise client data.

The role will also lead product strategy to replace bespoke and disconnected onboarding processes with a standardized data foundation that streamlines the movement of client data across the lifecycle, reduces duplication, improves data quality, and supports downstream operations and servicing.

Working across Data Solutions & Services, Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and the businesses, this leader will mobilize a multi-year transformation centered on one trusted client record—strengthening controls, simplifying the firm, enhancing client service, and enabling scalable operations, regulatory reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-powered growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead current-state assessments and target-state design across enterprise data flows, lineage, controls, capabilities, and operating models.
  • Define and execute a multi-year strategy, transformation roadmap, investment priorities, success measures, and executive recommendations.
  • Align Product, Technology, Architecture, Operations, Governance, Risk, and business leaders around shared enterprise data outcomes.
  • Challenge assumptions, resolve cross-functional dependencies, and guide senior stakeholders toward timely, high-quality decisions.
  • Drive initiatives from strategy and business case development through implementation, adoption, and measurable enterprise change.
  • Advance the product strategy for standardized enterprise onboarding and data management capabilities.
  • Help establish consistent, scalable data foundations that improve quality, reduce duplication, and support enterprise-wide reuse of client data.
  • Promote strong governance, controls, and accountability for enterprise data across the client lifecycle.
  • Partner across functions to support regulatory reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled business growth.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise data strategy, data transformation, product leadership, data architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-team, enterprise-scale data or operating model transformation in a complex environment.
  • Deep expertise in data lineage, architecture, governance, controls, quality, integration, and platform operating models.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders, build alignment, and lead decisively through ambiguity without formal authority.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, decision-making, and organizational change leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, enterprise platforms, onboarding, client data, master data, or reference data.
  • Experience establishing data governance, target operating models, architecture standards, and enterprise transformation roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery models and large-scale product and engineering organizations.
