Joining a busy and high performing Credit Control team, you’ll take ownership of your own customer portfolio, managing collections end-to-end while building strong relationships and developing key commercial skills. This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll be trusted with responsibility early on and supported to grow.
Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts, driving cash collection targets
Proactively contacting customers (mainly via phone) to resolve overdue invoices
Handling queries and disputes end-to-end, working towards resolution
Building strong customer relationships to improve payment performance
Maintaining accurate records and tracking activity across your ledger
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Contributing to debt reduction and overall team targets
Getting involved in process improvements as you grow in the role
