Summary:

As an Analytics Practitioner, a typical day involves developing meaningful business insights through the application of predictive statistical modeling. The role requires analyzing client, market, and key performance data to support and enhance decision-making processes. This position involves working with various analytical tools and techniques to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies that drive business growth and efficiency. Collaboration with different teams to align insights with organizational goals is a key aspect of the daily routine, ensuring that data-driven decisions are well-informed and impactful.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the team.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience Research Tools and Techniques.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

- Experience in designing and conducting user research studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data.

- Ability to apply various research methodologies to understand user behavior and improve product experiences.

- Skilled in synthesizing research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for diverse audiences.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience Research Tools and Techniques.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
