To be a successful as a "Decision Analyst", you should have experience with:
Synthesizing business knowledge, market research, and analytics to drive strategic outcomes.
Understanding value drivers across products and services, linking customer, operational, and financial levers.
Breaking down complex challenges using frameworks such as MECE, hypothesis-driven approaches, 5 WHYs, 80/20, and decision trees.
Using Python, SQL, Excel, and Tableau to transform data into actionable insights.
Generating insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
Crafting compelling, data-backed narratives for senior stakeholders and delivering powerful executive presentations.
Coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking benefits realization.
