Summary:

As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform architecture, ensuring that all components align with the overall blueprint. This role requires close collaboration with various architects to maintain seamless integration across systems and data models. The position demands active engagement in designing scalable and efficient data solutions that support organizational needs, while continuously coordinating with multiple teams to uphold the integrity and performance of the data platform infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the implementation of data platform enhancements to improve system efficiency and reliability.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to align data platform capabilities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.

- Experience with designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and architectures.

- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and best practices.

- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex data platform issues and optimize performance.

- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated data solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Engineering.

- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
