As a Senior Analytics Associate, Marketing Analytics at JPMorganChase within Consumer & Community Banking on the Data & Analytics team, you will leverage your analytical expertise to guide strategic decisions through executive dashboards, ongoing reporting, and deep-dive analyses that address emerging business challenges. You will act as a strategic partner, using data and analytics to accelerate growth, improve campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders to enable informed, data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across the team.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to develop actionable insights that drive measurable outcomes
  • Produce accurate, timely analyses across marketing offer operational performance, trend analysis, campaign performance, and subscriber behavior
  • Communicate analytical results clearly to business partners and senior leaders, tailoring content to different audiences and technical backgrounds
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards that support business functions and decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess enterprise trends, the competitive environment, and impacts on customer behavior
  • Synthesize high volumes of data into meaningful insights and recommendations that enable action
  • Support business growth targets by translating business needs into concise, insightful analytics on key trends
  • Execute responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy, independently managing workstreams, improving processes, and engaging stakeholders
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment by staying organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or engineering with significant quantitative research and data analysis experience
  • 4+ years of applied experience using SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau
  • Experience preparing and integrating large, complex datasets; strong database skills; and the ability to write, optimize, and tune complex SQL queries
  • Demonstrated ability to define metrics, evaluate results, and translate findings into business insights
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex findings for senior leaders and non-technical audiences
  • Experience building and maintaining reporting, dashboards, and recurring performance measurement
  • Familiarity with modern analytics platforms and data visualization tools
  • Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple deliverables in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience designing and developing data products, including solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and large language models

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Advanced SQL expertise; proficiency with programming languages such as Python or R
  • Prior exposure to marketing analytics, competitive intelligence, or strategic analytics
  • Strong storytelling through data, with the ability to create clear, influential insights for stakeholder deliverables
  • Highly organized, intellectually curious, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
