About the Role

As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering and supporting impactful solutions for our clients. You’ll collaborate closely with project teams and clients to ensure solutions are designed, implemented, and optimized to meet business needs. You’ll bring a blend of technical acumen, consulting expertise, and strategic insight to deliver projects independently or as part of a team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand business needs, providing insights and guidance on Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement tailored solutions that drive business value.
• Project Implementation: Provide hands-on technical support and oversee implementations to ensure alignment with agreed designs and client expectations.
• Technical Expertise: Stay current with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, applying knowledge in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Viva, and more to deliver robust solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Project Managers and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Thought Leadership: Contribute to Trustmarque’s thought leadership through content creation, case studies, and speaking at industry events.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and present project documentation, including solution recommendations, technical reports, and progress updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience in delivering Microsoft 365 solutions, with deep technical knowledge of tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Viva.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony, Document Management, SharePoint, and Microsoft Purview. Familiarity with Entra ID and Entra Connect Sync is beneficial.
• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage or support project timelines, deliverables, and team collaboration.
• Consulting Skills: Strong client-facing experience, adept at understanding business challenges, explaining technical concepts to stakeholders, and influencing decisions.
• Qualifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.
