Job Description:

As a Demand Change Manager you will support the Solution Factory to ensure that change requirements are prioritised into the development backlog to support provision of change requests in a timely manner according to planned milestones.

Core duties:

  • Management and governance of the AirERP Change Request Management Process
  • Support the Solution Factory Manager in reviewing the Change Request Management Process to ensure it is efficient and effective for current and future needs
  • Ensure any changes to the Change Request Management Process are signed off and communicated to relevant stakeholders
  • Management and resolution of queries relating to demand management; running Triage, TCBs, ECBs, Red room sessions as necessary
  • Conduct regular cadence with Business Functions (including Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Project Management) for demand capture; to understand the issues, enhancements and challenges from the stakeholders and what actions to address; communicate progress of ‘in-flight’ change requests to business stakeholders for transparency and expectations management
  • Manage integrated Backlog for BAU, Spartan and other Transformational Projects, leveraging JIRA toolset and excel reports.
  • Contribute to Sprint Planning sessions, to support selection of prioritised scope for each release
  • Progress change requests from status ‘Open’ through to ‘In Progress’ (taking into consideration resourcing, severities and priorities), leveraging ECR status Kanban board
  • Coordinate introduction of Change Requests (ECRs) into Solution Factory backlog; Business Impact Assessment, Make or Buy Decision, Triage and into IA.
  • Prepare and lead weekly Change Boards to review newly-submitted ECRs and outcomes of Impact Assessments
  • Produce weekly Backlog status reporting slide to feed into the weekly senior management team meetings

Essential Skills:

  • Good stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
  • Proficient in Atlassian JIRA work management tool; able to create Kanban/Agile boards
  • Significant experience in Software Project Management
  • Experience liaising with cross-functional teams either remotely or in-person

The ERP Technical Delivery & Support team:

You will join an inclusive team within the Air ERP organisation, reporting to the Air ERP Delivery Manager, that has responsibility and accountability for the management and governance of BAU and Transformational Project-related Change Requests.
