The successful candidate will be responsible for realising the neighbourhood health strategy, connecting care around the patient, and joining up the dots across the product set.

You will be responsible for owning the neighbourhood health strategy and delivering it through the product set in your remit, while working closely with other stakeholders across the organisation.

  • Own delivery for national enterprise customers, meeting large-scale commitments alongside the roadmap.

  • Balance strategy with hands-on delivery support, ensuring committed releases land against roadmap and commercial plan.

  • Lead, coach, and grow the product team across both areas.

  • Represent these products with NHS and enterprise customer stakeholders, turning clinical and market needs into a prioritised roadmap.

You will need to possess senior product leadership experience and a track record of setting and delivering multi-year product direction.

  • Senior product leadership experience, owning both strategy and delivery for software at scale.

  • A track record of setting multi-year product direction and then delivering it.

  • The ability to think strategically and join up the dots across a portfolio.

  • Genuine comfort across both modern and heritage technology, with a clear point of view on modernisation and innovation.

  • Experience leading and developing product teams.

  • Credibility in health IT or clinical software, with understanding of NHS primary care, neighbourhood health, or urgent care being a strong advantage.

  • Experience delivering for large enterprise or national customers.

  • Working knowledge of regulated software obligations such as DCB0129, DCB0160, and EU MDR Class IIa.

  • Commercial acumen, being accountable for the performance of a multi-product revenue base.
